This blog is a series of super-brief daily posts.
Every post is a list of three items – no more, no less.
Every item is something I experienced in that day that brought a smile to my lips (and sometimes my heart).
Every day is full of fantastic, amazing sensory experiences that beg to be appreciated.
I want to notice them all. This blog is my training to help me do exactly that.

I saw four Bald Eagles on my way home from work today and felt so blessed. I rolled down the window and called out “hello Brother Eagle”.

You sound like my boss who asks us to email him positive things that happen during the day (he calls it Hunt the Good Things [HTGT])!

Thank you! Moments can turn into habits with enough reinforcement; and I think finding joy in one’s day (life) is a great habit to have. 🙂

Love this blog 🙂 my good things today are my cosy blanket, my rabbit’s lopsided ears making me laugh, and plotting for things to bake to keep us going while helping a friend move house this weekend. It always amazes me how just taking the time to notice happy things can boost my mood… Thanks for reminding me to do it.
