1. Being addressed by name in a cheerful tone at the coffee shop. The barista’s visible happiness definitely improved my morning.
2. Having an engaging lunch with a good friend.
3. Sharing an energetic connection with the puppies. I was in a piss-poor mood this evening – and the puppies let me know that my attitude (energy) was simply not acceptable. They keep me honest – and I appreciate them for that! (Among many other things.) 🙂
