1. Having a genuinely fun time at hospice training (of all places). We were laughing, chatting, teasing one another, telling stories – it was like happy hour minus the alcohol.
2. Attending an easier yoga class instead of my usual hard-core session. Some days it feels good to just relax; life doesn’t need to always be push push push.
