Day 349

1. Having a friend genuinely enjoy a gift I gave her.  (As in, she literally squealed with delight when she opened the present.)  Fun.  🙂

2. Attending a yoga class that felt like it could have taken place in India.  It was a fun and crazy mix of sights, sounds, smells, and activity.  Kind of funky, kind of cool.

3. Getting to enjoy an amazing (vegan!) lunch, compliments of one of my yoga teachers.  Apparently she’s as much of a badass in the kitchen as she is in the studio!  🙂

Braised kale with olives and walnuts, pan-fried tofu, and polenta with a tomato-onion ragout.  (And if you look closely, you can barely see the glass of almond milk and apple I paired with the items on the plate.)  So incredibly delish.
