Day 207

1. Walking past a woman in the grocery store who was about my height and build, with shoulder-length brown hair.  She was pushing a small boy in her cart, and when he saw me approach, he pointed and called out very loudly (with a bit of astonishment in his voice), “Mommy, you look just like that lady!”  While the mom was clearly embarrassed, I just grinned.  Ah, kids…

2. Getting an awesome deal on terrific socks.  (They make the brutal winter a wee bit more bearable.)

3. Making my sweetie smile and laugh with the gift I gave him for our anniversary.  (Thanks to a rapper from Houston, Texas for pulling together a sweet ditty for us!)
