Day 195

1. Reading a post from a fellow daily blogger that made me laugh out loud!

2. Reading a brief, sweet article that attempted to describe the element of prayer that exists in simply being present with the breath. [“How to Say Grace” by Kate Braestrup, Real Simple Magazine, November 2012 issue, p. 174.]ย  For people unfamiliar with meditation, I think this short essay does a lovely job of attempting to convey the beauty inherent in “doing nothing”.ย  ๐Ÿ™‚

3. Watching a brief news story about 1970s singer/songwriter Rodriguez.ย  His tale was fascinating to me – and left me with feelings of hope and joy.

That picture was too fantastic – you have such a knack for capturing cool, quirky, unexpected moments. Just one of the reasons I love your blog(s). ๐Ÿ™‚

      1. Brunch is truly one of my favorite dining-out experiences. I love all the options.

      2. Congrats to waking up to having all of your new furniture in place! What a lovely feeling it is to be truly “at home”.

      3. No comment on the horrible reality TV. ๐Ÿ˜‰
