1. Standing on a new super-squishy mat at work. My legs feel tons better!

Experiencing frustrations (annoyances) at work – then looking down at my hands typing on the keyboard, and noticing the two rings I was wearing: one from each of the two most important men in my life (my dad and my husband). With this glance, I remembered (was reminded of) what is really important in this whole deal called ‘life’ – and I felt gratitude replace the annoyance.
