1. Meditating during the early morning hours in a cozy dark study, sitting under an open window with cool air streaming through it, wrapped in a warm blanket and flanked by puppies, feeling peaceful and at ease. A very simple existence, but a very wonderful one to me.
2. Sitting on a heating pad, feeling tight muscles gradually relax.
