Day 69

1. The joy of walking well-behaved dogs.

2. Having a wonderful dad whom I can call whenever I want to.  As a child I thought he was truly the best dad; as I grow older I love relating to him as an adult.  I still light up every single time I hear his voice or read a note from him.

3. Today’s Google doodle.  When I watched the animation I was initially confused, then curious, then cheery.  (I even caught myself mentally saying, “Awwww…. cutie!” when the “dad” and “child” hugged.)

Hmmm . . . I’m hoping one day I’ll get to experience the first one. 😉

I have an old Beagle that is beyond stubborn. He’ll heel, but if another dog comes along all bets are off!

Our little dog is like that too. But he’s getting better. (And he’s 11 years old – so old dogs really CAN learn new tricks!) Patience, persistence, and consistency are key…
