Day 38

1. Seeing a company van for a cleaning service – and the vehicle was completely filthy.  Ah, how I love some good irony…

2. Watching the wind make tall grass dance.

3. Seeing a tiny skeleton in the prop room at the yoga studio.  He’s about as tall as a 6- or 7-year-old child.  Cute little guy.

Every day’s a good day for you, Stef. Ain’t it? 🙂 You sure know how to make the best of things. Secret?
Best part of my day was my boss being out, my son buying me dinner, and one of my kids at school asking me how to spell MoHOCKEY Desert. I laughed and gave him a high five. Nice to be 7.

Every day is neither inherently “good” or “bad”, it just is. The POV we take on the events of the day determine the ‘flavor’ of the day for us. I have spent enough time in my past living out “bad” days – so a few years ago I made the conscious decision to start living “good” days. Some times it’s quite a lot of work – but it’s definitely worth it to me.

Cute story about the kid at school! Being 7 can be pretty amazing.

Very nice of your son to buy you dinner! Looks like you raised a good kid yourself. 🙂

You are most welcome! I genuinely enjoy your pictures and posts; and while I prefer to peruse each one on the day it is shared, sometimes I have to play a bit of ‘catch up’. 🙂
