Day 9

1. Unexpected free coffee, cookies, and bike rides at 6:30 am.

2. Seeing dads have lunch with their babies and toddlers at work today.

3. Seeing drops of sap frozen in mid-air, still clinging to the tree. WAY cool.

What a great idea for a blog! Now you’re really motivating me to start my three daily gratitudes.
If I had to share 3 good things for today, they would be:
    1) Finding really good looking avocadoes for 49 cents each
    2) telling my son’s teacher about some changes at home and getting an email back from her full of compliments for my son’s work and behavior at school.
    3) Having a nice glass of wine after the kids went to bed.

Gratitudes (and delights) are both powerful stuff, I tell ya. πŸ™‚ Yours sound quite lovely, indeed. (Number two especially warms my heart.)

Second day of my first graders meditating with me. Short in duration. Long in satisfaction. πŸ™‚
Enjoy your day. I look forward to your posts.

Having children meditate with you is FANTASTIC! I love it! They infused your day with some satisfaction – and you, mine. πŸ™‚ Thank you for that.

Actually, I don’t usually take in coffee until 8 am (after I’ve had breakfast and my stomach has some buffer to absorb the acid from the coffee) – and I usually take it decaf. So when I do ingest “fully-leaded” coffee, it’s pretty darn potent. πŸ™‚
